The Seattle Homeschool Group originated in the 1980s when homeschooling families came together seeking community and sharing resources. Today there are more homeschoolers than ever, and as the numbers have grown, so too have the resources! SHG remains a vital part of the homeschooling community in Seattle. Through our online forum, our weekly park days, our academic and social events, our resource directory, and our parent education workshops we offer support to all who are homeschooling or considering homeschooling in the Seattle Area.
